Job Title: Metal Coater Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Metal Coater Professional to join our team at Omega Resource Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of plating operations while adhering to strict tolerances and inspection standards.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a production environment and a strong understanding of chemical processes. They will also have excellent analytical skills and be able to identify and address current process issues, integrating improvements to enhance productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out inspections and monitor plating quality, surface finishes, and adherence to standards.
• Provide detailed reports on performance metrics, including standard achievement and reject records.
• Implement and maintain 5S practices to ensure a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Apprenticeship in Engineering related discipline or similar.
• Chemical processes qualifications (essential).
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.
