About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Parcel Delivery Driver to join our team at Royal Mail Group. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of parcels to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver parcels to customers across the assigned area, using route-planning technology tools to ensure efficient delivery routes.
  • Provide excellent customer service, interacting with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work independently, managing your workload and van preparation to ensure a smooth delivery process.
  • Meet or exceed delivery targets, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, paid monthly, with an hourly rate of £12.54. You will also receive overtime pay at 1.25 times the normal hourly rate. In addition, you will be entitled to 22.5 days' holiday, rising with length of service, and a company pension scheme with competitive contribution rates.
