We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Group Manager to lead our Regional Commissioning Team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our health system.

About the Role

The Group Manager, Office of the Regional Wayfinder, will lead a team responsible for ensuring the Regional Commissioning Team operates as a high-performing business unit. This includes coordination functions such as business planning, reporting, risk management, ministerial servicing, Regional Health Services Planning, and emergency planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement business strategies and initiatives
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ensure effective coordination and communication across the business unit
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in managing critical systems and processes
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
