Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and ambitious graduate to join our passionate team as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and developing top talent to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop a network of contacts within the IT industry to source top talent
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage with potential candidates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for our clients' roles
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

  • Recent graduate with a degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, sales)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of the IT industry and recruitment processes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
