About the Role: As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for collecting and transporting ingredients required by the production line, conducting visual inspections of materials, and verifying material batch numbers and shelf-life to ensure product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ingredient Collection and Transportation: Collect and transport ingredients required by the production line in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Material Inspection: Conduct visual inspections of materials for damage, defects, or foreign materials to ensure product quality.
  • Batch Verification: Verify material batch numbers and shelf-life to ensure product quality and compliance with company standards.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Proficient in written, numerical, and verbal communication to effectively interact with colleagues and management.
  • Adaptability and Initiative: Ability to maintain standard work pace at full line speed and demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Food Manufacturing Experience: Food manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential.
