Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Manager to join our team at Quality Personnel Services Ltd. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities within targeted industrial sectors.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to take on a challenging role in sales management. You will work closely with our sales manager to develop and execute sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • To manage existing customer relationships and develop new business opportunities
  • To produce high-quality proposals and presentations that showcase our products and services
  • To follow up quotations and close business deals
  • Involvement in research and development and marketing activities
  • Monitor and interact with tendering portals and report on opportunities
  • Attend meetings with customers at their sites or offices across the UK

Requirements:

  • A strong background in sales, preferably in the industrial sector
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to negotiate best outcomes for the company
  • Able to work individually while being a member of a small team
  • Tasks and priorities allocated by the Sales Manager
  • A full UK driver's license
  • A British or dual passport
  • Ability to pass DBS & BPSS vetting
  • Lives within a commutable distance from Milton Keynes

What We Offer:

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
