Commercial Account Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Manager to join our team at Quality Personnel Services Ltd. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities within targeted industrial sectors.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to take on a challenging role in sales management. You will work closely with our sales manager to develop and execute sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- To manage existing customer relationships and develop new business opportunities
- To produce high-quality proposals and presentations that showcase our products and services
- To follow up quotations and close business deals
- Involvement in research and development and marketing activities
- Monitor and interact with tendering portals and report on opportunities
- Attend meetings with customers at their sites or offices across the UK
Requirements:
- A strong background in sales, preferably in the industrial sector
- An excellent communicator with the ability to negotiate best outcomes for the company
- Able to work individually while being a member of a small team
- Tasks and priorities allocated by the Sales Manager
- A full UK driver's license
- A British or dual passport
- Ability to pass DBS & BPSS vetting
- Lives within a commutable distance from Milton Keynes
What We Offer:
