Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Holiday Bookings and Guest Services Manager to join our team at Pinewoods, an award-winning holiday park in a beautiful location.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving holiday bookings and managing reception, retail and housekeeping operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the reception, retail and housekeeping departments.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase holiday bookings and improve guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service.
