Job Title: Primary School Cover Supervisor

Protocol Education is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Primary School Cover Supervisor to join a supportive team in Sunderland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support students during lessons and activities.
  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans, ensuring that students engage with the material.
  • Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
  • Monitor student behavior and provide support as needed.
  • Provide feedback to teachers about student engagement and any issues that arise.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with young children, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively.
  • A passion for education and helping students succeed.
  • A degree or relevant qualification is desirable but not essential.
