Accounting Partnership Manager

Ashurst, a leading global law firm, seeks an experienced Accounting Partnership Manager to join our Glasgow Financial Management Team. As a trusted adviser to local and global corporates, financial institutions, and governments, we provide excellent standards of service in all areas of commercial law.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise monthly partner payments processes and associated reporting
  • Oversee annual distribution payments and FX arrangements
  • Manage partner capital contribution and interest reporting and tracking
  • Support senior manager with annual partner profit allocation and profit clearing processes
  • Provide Subject Matter Expert support to technical team building new Partner Remuneration Database
  • Liaise with accounting, reporting, partner tax, partner services, and resourcing teams

Provision of ad-hoc reports as requested by senior management.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience as an accountant in a management accounting environment
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in a multi-currency global accounting environment
  • Experience in a professional services environment preferred
  • Relevant accounting qualifications preferred
  • Experience with Thomas Reuters 3E accounting system and Cognos TM1 desirable but not essential
  • High level of Excel knowledge

Ashurst will undertake appropriate vetting of staff in accordance with our legal and regulatory obligations.
