We are looking for a highly skilled Signaling and Telecoms Technician to join our team at Network Rail in England. As a critical member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our rail network. The estimated salary for this position is approximately £40,000 - £60,000 per year.

This role requires strong technical expertise in signal and telecoms maintenance, as well as experience in arranging and implementing safe systems of work. You will also need to have knowledge of discipline-specific maintenance, inspection, faulting, and renewal techniques. Additionally, you must be willing and able to work shifts in all weather conditions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in organizing and controlling the safe and efficient delivery of work, as well as strong communication skills in both person and writing. Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., electrical engineering, telecommunications)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong technical expertise in signal and telecoms maintenance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and technologies
