Job Description
This permanent role offers a competitive salary of £42,500 per annum, along with a generous holiday allowance, a strong pension, and the opportunity to work on various projects across sectors such as Commercial, Education, Healthcare, and Leisure.
Key Responsibilities
- Support all areas of Energy and Sustainability consultancy
- Assist with the modelling of non-domestic buildings via IES VE
- Assist with energy certificates (EPC, DEC)
- Carry out SAP/SBEM compliance assessments
- Carry out risk of overheating assessments (including TM52, Part O)
- Carry out TM54 assessments
- Carry out daylight assessments
- Prepare Energy & Sustainability Statements and Strategies
- Prepare Decarbonisation assessments
- BREEAM/SKA/DREAM/WELL/Fitwel Assessments
- Embodied Carbon / Net Zero assessments
Requirements
- Degree relevant to the field such as Environmental Science or Sustainability
- IESVE experience
- Strong understanding of Building regulations
- Positive can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
