Belfast International Airport Hospitality Associate

Location: Belfast International Airport

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per annum

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospitality Associate to join our team at Maldron Hotel Belfast International Airport. As a key member of our night team, you will be responsible for assisting the Night Manager with hotel and guest security, reception duties, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hospitality practices and a warm and friendly personality when dealing with fellow staff and guests. You will be responsible for checking in and out hotel guests, assisting with luggage/porterage, and maintaining the agreed standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Check in and out hotel guests as required
  • Assist with guest requests in relation to luggage/porterage
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel
  • Responsible for cleaning areas including lobby, back office, stairways, restaurant, and bar floor
  • Ensure the front entrance and outside of the hotel are clean and tidy at all times

Requirements:

  • Experience in hospitality
  • Able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team
  • A strong understanding of hospitality practices
