We are seeking a professional with experience in expanding client bases and developing marketing objectives in the Transportation field. Estimated salary range: $120,000 - $170,000 per year.

HARDESTY & HANOVER is a trusted infrastructure engineering firm with 137 years of experience, employing 600 staff across 30 offices nationwide.

  • Attend client meetings, participate in proposals, and manage project tasks.
  • Develop roadway designs for new or rehabilitation projects.
  • Design general site engineering, including drainage, grading, and green infrastructure.

Requirements include a Bachelor of Engineering or Science degree in Civil Engineering (Transportation oriented) and 10 years of relevant experience.

Knowledge of local municipality standards and CT Green Infrastructure experience are a plus.
