Job Summary:

Fruition IT is seeking a highly skilled Information Security Compliance Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Information Security Team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with information security controls, management policies, and procedures that are a core component of our ISO 27001 certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Audits and Reviews: Conduct regular compliance audits and reviews to ensure adherence to ISO 27001 standards.
  • ISO 27001 Framework: Ensure the continuous embedding of the ISO 27001 ISM framework and adherence to the standard.
  • Control Testing: Conduct control testing as part of a continual programme of reviews to identify and mitigate security risks.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously look for ways to improve security processes and recommend process improvements to senior leadership.
  • Client Support: Support client audits and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for client questionnaires.
  • Reporting: Ensure the upkeep of reporting and manage the internal security assurance audit schedule.
  • Team Development: Educate and develop more junior analysts to ensure the continued growth and success of our Information Security Team.

Key Requirements:

  • ISO 27001 Experience: Experience of managing and auditing ISO 27001 ISMS.
  • International Organisation Experience: International organisation security operations experience.
  • Information Security Knowledge: Understanding of information security controls and technology.
  • Cloud Security Experience: Experience of working with security controls across cloud services.
