About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing management consultancy with an enviable reputation and senior-level client base. Our team of analysts, consultants, and Defence SMEs work closely with our customers to deliver high-impact services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and run analysis models to inform senior-level decision making.
  • Collaborate with our clients and team to deliver projects, working closely with our consultants and analysts.
  • Take a consultative approach to your work, understanding how your contributions drive business results.
  • Develop strong relationships with our team and clients, working collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
Requirements
  • Software development using Python.
  • Operational Analysis (OA) approaches and techniques.
  • Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
  • Requirements gathering and software design.
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to derive insights from data.
  • Good communication and organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience working within UK MoD or Defence industry.
  • UI/UX design and discrete event simulation.
  • Data science techniques and advanced data analysis in Excel.
  • Knowledge of current software development approaches, platforms, and best practice.
