Digital Publishing Coordinator

As a Digital Publishing Assistant at Exact Editions, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic technology company operating within the publishing industry. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and possess a keen eye for detail.
In this role, you will collaborate with the production team to process magazine issues on behalf of our publishers, as well as oversee the creation of digital archives and onboard new magazine titles. You will also work closely with the support team to provide assistance to Exact Editions customers via phone and email, manage client relationships within the production team, and assist with ad-hoc production tasks. Additionally, you will contribute to making production processes more efficient by suggesting innovative ideas.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with our internal content management software to review PDF files, organize uploads, and ensure publication of issues.
- Providing telephone and email support to Exact Editions customers.
- Managing relationships with magazine clients and assisting with publisher requests.
- Assisting in the production of digital magazine archives for existing clients and new publishers, including communication with our scanning provider.
- Supporting the production and customer support teams with administrative tasks.
The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This role offers hybrid working, gym membership (subject to probationary period), regular social events, and potential further training and support.
