At Mitchell Maguire, we are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Executive to lead our Architectural Ironmongery & Hardware team.
This role involves working closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for their door and window hardware requirements.
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a deep understanding of the architectural hardware industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Provide expert advice on door and window hardware solutions, including bespoke manufacturing and independent manufacturer partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of hardware solutions to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the architectural hardware industry.
