Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of our children and will have a strong commitment to supporting students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC).

The successful candidate will be an outstanding Learning Support Assistant who sets high expectations and aspirations for our students. They will have experience in teaching children with ASC and will be able to contribute to the school as a whole community, helping to improve it.

The ideal candidate will be resilient, patient, and a creative thinker who is organized, independent, and shows initiative. They will be a good communicator and problem solver, and will have a strong work ethic and a sense of humor.

The successful candidate will also have Maths and English GCSE Grade C/4 or above.
