About the Role

As a Roadside Assistance Mechanic, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers in need. You'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle issues, from routine maintenance to complex breakdowns. Your expertise, combined with your excellent communication skills, will ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, both on the roadside and in our garage
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported
  • Work independently, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
  • Collaborate with our team to share knowledge and best practices
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a skilled mechanic with a strong background in vehicle maintenance and repair. You'll need to have a full category B driving license, with 6 points or less, and be comfortable working shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays. If you're a self-motivated individual with a passion for helping others, we'd love to hear from you.
