About the Role

Jupiter is seeking an experienced Equities Strategy Manager to join our Investment Management department in London. As a key member of our team, you will support the Head of Equities in executing strategic and tactical plans focused on investment performance and commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive strategic plan with the Head of Equities, aligning Jupiter's equity business with client expectations through analysis and research.
  • Conduct market and profitability analyses, and assist in building coherent equity platform marketing collateral to articulate Jupiter's equities offering to stakeholders.
  • Support the Head of Equities in communicating investment priorities and initiatives across Equities and other areas of the business.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to develop and execute clear plans of action for addressing business issues.
  • Act as a key point of contact in coordinating activities of the equities teams with other areas of the business.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Strong understanding of the Asset Management industry, client trends, competitor landscape, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Exceptionally strong analytical ability, numerate, and highly data-driven.
  • Initiative, problem-solving skills, and ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across the business.
