We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at Savers. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing store standards, and working closely with the team to achieve sales targets.
About the RoleThis is a part-time role that requires flexibility and a willingness to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. You will be working in a fast-paced retail environment, where no two days are the same. Our ideal candidate will have a positive can-do attitude, a passion for working with customers, and a commitment to providing an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues promptly
- Manage store standards, maintaining a clean and tidy store environment, and ensuring that all products are displayed effectively
- Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets, promoting products and services to customers
- Provide support to colleagues, covering shifts and assisting with tasks as required

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and develop
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- A passion for working in a fast-paced retail environment and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash and operate a till
