Corporate Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Corporate Communications Administrator to join our team at Boskalis. As a key member of our Corporate Communications Team, you will be responsible for supporting the creation and posting of company communications on our intranet and social media platforms.
Your primary duties will include managing various administrative tasks, maintaining our intranet, managing merchandise, organizing events, and handling financial processes. You will also be responsible for supporting internal communication and engagement events, providing administrative support to the wider HR team, and managing employee and events merchandise.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized, and have a proactive attitude. You will also need to be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and have experience with intranet content management systems.

Key Responsibilities- Support the creation and posting of company communications on our intranet and social media platforms
- Manage various administrative tasks, including maintaining our intranet and managing merchandise
- Organize internal communication and engagement events, including event setup and refreshments
- Provide administrative support to the wider HR team
- Manage employee and events merchandise, including reordering and distribution
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
- Level 2 Math's and English or equivalent GCSE Grade C or above
- Experience with intranet content management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and proactive attitude
