Global FM Procurement Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Global FM Procurement Lead. This role presents a unique opportunity to oversee and drive procurement excellence across both hard and soft FM services on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • FM Procurement Leadership: Spearhead and manage global procurement initiatives for hard and soft FM services, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and sustainability goals.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of four procurement professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organization, providing strategic insights and influencing key decisions in FM procurement.
  • Contract Negotiation: Oversee and negotiate complex contracts with FM service providers, ensuring optimal outcomes in terms of cost, quality, and compliance.

Required Background and Qualifications:

  • FM Procurement Expertise: Extensive experience in global FM procurement, including both hard and soft services, with a proven track record of managing large-scale, high-value contracts.
  • Demonstrated Ability to Lead and Develop a Procurement Team: Proven ability to lead and develop a procurement team, driving performance and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic procurement decisions.
  • Relevant Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in procurement and supply chain management (CIPS or equivalent) are highly desirable.
