As a Clinical Optometrist at Compass Associates, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality eye care services to our patients. Our team is committed to providing exceptional patient care and experiences, and we are looking for a like-minded individual to join us.

The role involves conducting eye examinations, providing clinical support to our ophthalmologists, and pre & post-operative consultations for our refractive and cataract surgery patients. You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

We offer a competitive salary package, including up to £65,000 DOE, plus a range of benefits such as 33 days Annual Leave, Pension Scheme, Staff Discount, Private Healthcare, and more. You will also have access to comprehensive training and development opportunities, including full refractive and cataract surgery training, to help you grow your skills and career.
