Role Overview

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Asset Compliance and General Duties Operative. This role is a key part of our proactive Repairs Team, North, where you'll provide an effective and efficient service to Futures Housing Group stock, communal areas, and open spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect FHG properties to ensure compliance with the group's requirements in line with contract standards and specifications.
  • Undertake minor repair works to areas of non-compliance, for example, replacement of light fittings, signage.
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure onsite compliance with contract standards, reporting to the relevant contract manager.
  • Carry out general maintenance activities to empty properties and communal areas, including internal and external clearances, general decorating, and cleaning of dwellings, including fly tipping.
  • When required, unblock and clear drains, gullies, and manholes.
  • Keep accurate vehicle, plant equipment, and work programme records.
