Job Title: UV Digital Print Operator

We are seeking a skilled UV Digital Print Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for managing and leading print operations, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery of digital print products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and prepare digital print files for variable production print, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
  • Operate digital production print machinery to a high standard, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Develop a good working knowledge of production printers and RIPs, ensuring seamless integration with our digital print environment.
  • Submit print files and customer data files via mail merge and FTP applications, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Provide technical and specialist advice to account handlers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain validation checks throughout production print runs, implementing effective quality assurance techniques.
  • Document processes and exceptions, ensuring a colleague can cover during holiday periods.
  • Conduct stock counts and documentation, maintaining accurate records and inventory.
Requirements:
  • Proven previous digital pre-print experience, with a strong understanding of digital print production.
  • Proven PC literacy, with experience in mail merge and FTP applications.
  • Calm, organized, customer-focused, positive, and flexible, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage fast-paced periods and self-motivated during quieter periods.
