Senior Associate - Private Client Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our Private Client team in Cambridge. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing bespoke legal advice to mid to high net worth clients, preparing complex Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Trust documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide expert estate planning advice to clients, including preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Trust documentation.
  2. Deal with the administration of taxable and non-taxable estates, including preparation of IHT100s & IHT400s.
  3. Advising executors and trustees on taxation, compliance, and reporting requirements for estates and trusts.
  4. Provide business succession planning to business owners, including sole traders, partners, and shareholders.
  5. Support and advise team members on complex matters, particularly trusts, taxation, and estate planning.
  6. Attend networking events to build firm reputation and develop professional connections.
Requirements:
  1. 8+ years PQE
  2. Experience preparing self-assessment tax returns
  3. SFE and/or STEP membership (desirable)
