Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Follow individual care plans and assist with medication management
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care is delivered

Requirements

  • No prior social care experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
  • Resilience and willingness to learn new skills and develop knowledge
