We are seeking an experienced Spanish speaking Customer Operations Executive to join our highly successful Customer Operations Team in the head office in Burnham. The team is responsible for being the first point of contact for customers and logistic couriers whilst effectively processing and managing customer orders, product enquires and other questions.
Key Responsibilities:- Record and progress orders received by email or phone
- Ensure that correct order timelines are being used
- Offer substitute products or additional products when appropriate
- Ensure that all queries are followed up and resolved in an efficient manner
- Understand the nature of the product, its importance and prioritize the workload
- Work closely with the logistics partners to ensure on time delivery to customers
- Track order shipments
- Proven ability to handle different levels of customers via email and phone calls
- Time management working within important deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and work to very high quality levels
- Attention to detail
- Bright and enthusiastic with the ability to solve problems
- Computer literate, with good experience of Microsoft Office (including Excel)
