About Us

Spicerhaart, the UK's largest independent property services group, is seeking a skilled Property Valuer to join our team in Newcastle under Lyme.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Property Valuer to join our butters john bee Estate Agents team. As a Property Valuer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, generating new and repeat business, and marketing properties to buyers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to gain new instructions for properties to market
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business through effective marketing and sales strategies
  • Market properties to buyers utilizing various marketing skills, including preparing brochures and canvassing the local area
  • Complete contracts on properties and ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards
  • Upsell additional products and services to clients

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
  • Experience as an Estate Agent or Property Valuer, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with others
  • Ability to work under own initiative and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good telephone manner and strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer

  • Uncapped commission scheme, with the potential to earn up to £45,000 per year
  • Basic salary of £18,000 to £22,000 per year
  • Five months of supplementary payments to support you whilst you build your pipeline
  • Enrolment onto a fully-funded training course that will earn a Level 2 Estate Agent Qualification
