Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fleet Wash Team Leader to join our team in Inverness. This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to contribute to the success of our valet sites, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our mobile valet vehicle. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the day-to-day activities of the team, including organizing deliveries and collections.
  • Providing guidance and support to staff to achieve targets.
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service and promoting a positive brand image.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and tidy environment.

Estimated Salary: £27,500 - £32,000 per annum. Benefits include private healthcare, life assurance, and extensive training opportunities.
