The opportunity
You will play a vital role in helping our pupils achieve their full potential, providing them with the support and care they need to succeed. As a Education and Care Practitioner, you will work closely with our experienced team to deliver high-quality education and care services.

**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as an Education and Care Practitioner. You will work with pupils aged 5-19 who have a range of complex needs associated with autism and learning disabilities. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Preparing learning materials and running classroom activities
* Providing individualised support and care to our pupils
* Working collaboratively with our experienced team to deliver high-quality education and care services

**Requirements**
We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with individuals with autism and complex needs. You should have a strong desire to make a positive difference in the lives of our pupils and young people. A GCSE C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths is desirable, but not essential. We will provide you with full training and development to succeed in this role.

**Benefits**
