We are looking for a skilled Facilities and Operations Specialist to join our team in the Midlands region. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in property management, hard and soft facilities services, and health and safety.

This role involves working closely with our services partners, sites, and internal teams to deliver a best-in-class service. You will be responsible for the effective delivery of property, hard and soft facilities services, health and safety, and maintaining the internal customer relationship in your geographical remit.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing hard and soft facilities management and services of occupied sites and car parks;
  • Leading regular KPI and service review meetings and on-site H&S and FM audits;
  • Obtaining quotes, scheduling works, issuing permits, carrying out risk assessments, onsite management of contractors, incident management, and liaising with landlords and tenants as required;
  • Driving continuous improvement, managing compliance, and managing complaints effectively;
  • Supporting your manager and wider team with service improvement plans and managing small projects;
