Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Eastern & Midlands Construction team in Waterbeach, Cambridge. As a key member of the Commercial team, you will be responsible for providing commercial input, financial and contractual performance forecasts, and ensuring business targets and KPIs are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide commercial input, including financial and contractual performance forecasts, to the management team.
• Prepare monthly cost/value reports for the area, review results, and consider trends with other contract team members.
• Produce commercial reports, review results, and consider trends with other contract team members.
• Conduct physical measurements of works and agree same with clients and subcontractors.
• Agree certification and payment of subcontractor accounts, monitor such accounts against forecasts.

Requirements
• Holder of a Full UK Driver's Licence.
• Educated to Degree level or equivalent experience.
• Experience within a similar role.
• Confident IT skills, proficient in the use of MS Office, particularly Excel.

Salary
£60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
