About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to join our team as a Supervisor. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store runs smoothly and efficiently, providing excellent customer service and leading by example.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coach a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results
- Ensure that the store is well-organized and maintained, with a focus on visual merchandising and stock management
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets
- Monitor and control store expenses, including stock, labor, and overheads
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
- Up to 33 days holiday entitlement

- 1+ years of retail experience
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
