Multi-Trade Specialist Opportunity

DK Recruitment is seeking a skilled tradesperson to join their dynamic team as a Multi-Trade Specialist. This exciting opportunity focuses on carpentry and plumbing repairs in vacant residential properties, offering a chance to make a real difference in the community while advancing your career.


Your Role

As a Multi-Trade Specialist, you will be responsible for completing necessary carpentry and plumbing repairs in vacant properties. Your key responsibilities will include:


  1. Carrying out high-quality, timely repairs with accurate diagnostic solutions.
  2. Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a first-class experience for clients.

Your Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:


  1. A City and Guilds NVQ level 2 qualification in Carpentry and/or Plumbing, or equivalent experience.
  2. Additional skills in wet trades, tiling, decorating, glazing, and door/window mechanisms.
  3. Aptitude for mobile technology (training provided) and a commitment to first-class customer service.
  4. A full driving license (company van provided).
