Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Site Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in this part-time role. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting cleaning and maintenance on site, ensuring detainee welfare and supporting the organisation in maintaining high standards of cleaning and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting cleaning in custody areas using specialist equipment and chemicals.
  • Vacuuming and mopping floors, as well as operating floor machines.
  • Supporting the site manager in general maintenance activities, including planned and reactive works.
  • Providing routine maintenance, including minor repairs and construction.
Requirements

We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive:
