The Marine Society & Sea Cadets is seeking a skilled and dedicated Instructor to facilitate life-changing experiences for young people.

This role requires a passionate practitioner with experience in delivering activities on and off the water, as well as maintenance and procedures management.

  • Lead on the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of shore-based facilities, including climbing, mountain biking, and shooting.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality activities to a wide client base, with a strong awareness of health and safety policy and regulation.
  • Collaborate with the team to support volunteers and young people, providing role model delivery and guidance.
