Part Time Finance Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Part Time Finance Assistant to join our team at The One Group. As a Part Time Finance Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our finance operations and ensuring the smooth running of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Purchase Ledger: Process invoices, reconcile statements, and handle supplier queries.
  • Checking GRN to ensure accurate invoicing
  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Support with Payroll
  • Assist with other finance tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
What's on offer:
  • Hours per week spread over 5 days.
  • Working term time only (34 weeks/year) plus an additional 6 weeks outside of term time.
  • A friendly, collaborative work environment within a respected Cambridge school.
  • Free on site parking
