We are seeking a Therapeutic Language Consultant to join our Speech and Language Therapy team at Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust. As a highly skilled professional, you will play a key role in assessing and supporting individuals with communication and swallowing difficulties, using a therapeutic approach to promote positive outcomes.

About the Role:

  • The estimated salary for this role is £38,890 - £44,414 per annum, depending on experience.
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, working closely with colleagues from other disciplines to ensure comprehensive support for our service users.
  • As a consultant in therapeutic language, you will contribute to the development of evidence-based practice and help to maintain high standards of care through continuous quality improvement initiatives.

What You'll Need:

  • Degree in Speech and Language Therapy
  • State registration with HCPC
  • Member of the RCSLT
  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) - professional portfolio
  • Post graduate dysphagia training
