About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Science Teacher to join our team at a secondary school in Torpoint. As a Science Teacher, you will be responsible for overseeing classes and staff, and liaising with other members of staff within the trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach Science to secondary school students
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback
  • Liaise with colleagues and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • Excellent understanding of how children learn
  • Motivate and inspire children
  • Positive working attitude and commitment to continually improve teaching practice
  • Organised, punctual, and adaptable
  • Committed to inclusion and equity
  • Experience teaching secondary English
