Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of Data Science and Analytics projects, ensuring client expectations are met at all stages.
  • Develop new skills in Data Science and Analytics, staying up-to-date with current methods and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of internal initiatives related to Data Science and Analytics, driving capability growth and business development.
  • Deliver work in a structured manner, balancing creativity and practicality to meet client standards efficiently within agreed timescales.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to deliver high-quality results, meeting internal standards of output and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in working within Data Science and Analytics, with a track record of successfully delivering work across the Machine Learning lifecycle.
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, with experience in enabling clients to better understand and derive value from their data.
  • Desire to provide solutions to real-world issues and challenges with data that our clients face regularly.
  • Strong foundation in statistical modeling, natural language processing, time-series analysis, spatial analysis, and mathematical modeling methodologies.
  • Architectural and/or feature knowledge of one or more of the listed AI Platforms: Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Databricks.
  • Architectural and/or feature knowledge of one or more of the listed Languages or Packages: Python, R, Pyspark, Scala, PowerBI, Tableau.
  • Proven ability to succeed in a matrixed organization, enlisting support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
  • Experience in proposition building and delivery.
  • Background in a major Consulting firm or industry, with a Consulting background.
