Technical Excellence
  • Work closely with our Technical Excellence Director and other Technical Heads to set standards for technical performance in Process Engineering.
  • Ensure best practices are shared across teams, driving technical excellence throughout our projects.

In addition to your technical expertise, you'll have excellent leadership skills, enabling you to mentor and develop a team of skilled engineers. Your experience in leading process engineering initiatives, particularly within water and wastewater treatment projects, will be invaluable in this role.

A degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Biology or Chemical Engineering, along with relevant professional qualifications and acumen, is essential for this position. Our ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering complex projects from initial design through to construction.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience. You'll also enjoy a range of benefits, including flexible working hours, AECOM University training programs, and volunteering days.
