**Job Title:** Administrative Manager - Norwich Office

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Flux Consulting in our brand new Norwich office.

 

As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our team, including managing office supplies, coordinating events, and assisting with marketing efforts.

 

This role is ideal for an organised and detail-oriented professional with strong multitasking skills who can handle various administrative tasks and collaborate with the marketing team.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Office Management:
    • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
    • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships to maintain necessary resources.
    • Coordinate with IT and other departments for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
    • Organise office logistics for events, meetings, and company activities.
    • Maintain office policies and communicate updates as needed.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing phone calls, emails, and calendars.
    • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external communication.
    • Assist with the onboarding of new staff, including setting up workstations, equipment, and documentation.

 

**What We Offer:**

We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000-£50,000 per year, dependant on experience, and a range of benefits including

  • Part-time 3 days per week (24 hours per week) with a view to making it a full-time position.

 

**Requirements:**

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational and communication skills, experience in office management and administration, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
