We are seeking a highly skilled Raw Materials Market Analyst Lead to join our team at INEOS Automotive. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for monitoring global raw materials markets, analyzing market trends, and summarizing the impact of these trends on current and future vehicle costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a robust raw materials management process that ensures cross-functional collaboration, regular forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Design and implement a raw materials model that performs real-time analysis and summarizes the impact of market trends on vehicle costs.
  • Investigate opportunities to automate raw materials management and embed artificial intelligence to improve processes.
  • Collaborate with the Procurement team and external partners to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in a similar industry, such as automotive, aerospace, or heavy industry.
  • Degree in Engineering or Economics is highly desirable.
  • Significant experience in tracking raw materials and forecasting trends.
  • Proven track record in interpreting data, extracting key information, and ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
  • Excellent planning and analytical skills, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and experience with SAP and planning & reporting software is desirable.
