Community Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Community Nurse to join our team at Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Community Nurse, you will be responsible for providing holistic, patient-centred care to individuals in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Administer medications and provide care for elderly patients.
- Deliver palliative care and assess individual needs.
- Manage syringe drivers, central lines, and PEG tubes.
- Care for wounds, drains, and leg ulcers.
- Provide catheter and nephrostomy care.
- Achieve high standards of nursing care.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families.
To be successful in this role, you should have relevant experience as a Community Nurse and hold current registration with the NMC. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
