We seek a committed and qualified SEN Tutor and Academic Support Specialist to work with us in the Merton area.

About Young Giants Ltd:

We strive to provide innovative and effective educational solutions for individuals with SEN.

  • Promote academic growth and engagement through Maths and English lessons (KS2-4 level) with additional subjects according to your specialism.
  • Collaborate with our team to design and implement tailored learning plans.
  • Build strong relationships with learners, providing emotional support and guidance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest best practices in SEN education.
  • Participate in regular meetings and evaluations to ensure quality delivery.

You will offer Young Giants:

  • A deep commitment to supporting the academic and personal growth of learners.
  • The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • A compassionate approach towards learners who face unique challenges.
  • A strong background in SEN education, preferably with experience working with learners with ASD/ASC, ADHD & SEMH.
  • A valid Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
  • Familiarity with safeguarding procedures and policies.
  • Reliability and flexibility when it comes to scheduling and travel.

Benefits:

Hourly Pay Rate: £30 Various hours on a self-employed/PAYE basis Travel contribution: £7 to each day per learner Part of an esteemed team Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
