Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Technician to join our team at Connexa Technology Limited. As an ICT Senior Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth IT operations within the organisation.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support IT systems across multiple sites, ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and efficient.
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support, resolving escalated incidents and ensuring effective problem management.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and contribute to key IT projects.
  • Monitor critical systems including anti-virus, server hardware, and networking equipment, responding to alerts in a timely manner.
  • Manage relationships with third-party service providers and coordinate urgent or complicated technical issues.
  • Provide on-site and remote support across all locations, ensuring a high standard of IT service delivery.
  • Ensure all systems, processes, and procedures are documented and communicated clearly to relevant stakeholders.
  • Train and mentor junior IT staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior IT Technician looking for a new challenge in a supportive and forward-thinking environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in network design, configuration, and management, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of managing and supporting IT systems, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Office 365, Azure, SharePoint, and Hyper-V environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Flexibility to travel between sites as required.
  • Microsoft Certified Professional or equivalent experience.

What We Offer: In return for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
