About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 200 existing B2B accounts, building strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Follow up on new leads generated through in-house online marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate customer intelligence in the CRM database, providing valuable insights for sales and marketing teams.
  • Contribute to sales projects for new products and incentives, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage customers' ongoing requirements, gathering feedback and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Build knowledge and credibility in the product market, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Identify and act on competitive threats to the business, providing proactive solutions to drive growth.
  • Engage in face-to-face meetings with customers across the UK, building strong relationships and driving business results.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a busy office-based sales account management role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Comfortable making a significant amount of outbound calls to new and existing customers, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and well-presented, with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of maintaining and increasing business with existing customers, with a focus on driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to travel and meet face-to-face with a wide range of customers, with a valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Experience managing a B2B account list, with a strong understanding of CRM systems and customer intelligence.
