Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight and management of multiple projects, providing expert advice and ensuring delivery of client objectives.
  • Taking ownership of client relationships, offering proactive solutions and managing expectations.
  • Monitoring project progress, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
  • Cordination with the project team, contractors, and consultants, managing all contractual obligations and documentation.
  • Leadership and mentorship of junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Preparation and review of reports, contracts, and other project-related documentation.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and quality controls.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar Employers Agent role within the property and construction sector.
  • Strong understanding of project management and construction processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams and mentoring junior professionals.
  • MRICS or equivalent chartered status is highly desirable.
